When I log in, sometimes I see the Panel (menu bar), then it suddenly disappears before logging in is completed. Some analysis shows its still there, just basically one pixel in height. I have to poke around with the mouse curser and right click until I get to the panel properties, then I just click on the size arrows and up it one pixel, now the panel is now fully viewable, so I just click the arrow down one pixel to its original size and close. Problem gone. BTW, this problem has been with me since I upgraded to svn93 (from snv90), and still with me with upgrading to snv94.
