I am working on setting up a new server which will need to serve home dirs via samba. The machine started as a 2008.05 install and has since been updated up to 94 or so and I am using the SUNWsmba package install. The home dirs it is trying to share, are actually are off NFS automounts. An existing FreeBSD server that has the same NFS automounts can reshare these with samba fine, however, the opensolaris box only will list ., .. and the first file/folder in the directory.
I can still browse through the share by specifying exact file paths, and making new folders and files work, but the minute I try to list a directory again I only get the first file. Any ideas? This message posted from opensolaris.org
