Hi Maninakdan, You should take a look at Indiana and the distro constructor project. They're made for the specific uses you asked.. however they're still in the alpha stage. you'll have to wait till March end for it to be released in full form (and beta version in Jan end, AFAIK).
You can also take a look at belenix if t serves your needs.
