It seems to be randomly working today, sometimes slow, sometimes fast. One moment it timed out for me searching for a package, the next moment it worked. I tried from two computers at work, and two at home--all with the same results.
Prior to today, I have experienced nothing but timeouts for at least two days. For me, this is a first. The fact that it has lasted so long is frustrating, as is the fact that it seems intermittent.
