1) You can install the "sunstudio12u1" package from the ips server.
If you already have the regular solaris package it will probably install fine but the patches won't. So use the ips package above. You didn't say what problems you had specifically... If you will have the same problems or any other I don't know. Try it and report any issues. Other people might help you then.
