[osol-help] OVER 24 HOURS AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO INSTALL A ZONE

Maybe you should start using clone subcommand of the zoneadm. Install template 
zone once using IPS, then just do
# zoneadm -z myzone clone tempzone
It's fast, and it uses ZFS clones so it takes little space too.
