mysql-zrm is a nice perl wrapper around mysqldump to manage sql backups - also does other stuff.
Right into a weird issue with mysql-zrm in that mysqldump stops working when dumping on the larger databases I am trying to backup. There does not seem to be anything wrong with mysqldump - as when I run it on its own it works just fine. Also I have run mysql-zrm on ubuntu and it worked just fine. So all I am left with is something in the opensolaris enviroment. So any idea on how I can debug this to work out what is going on? Also is there any memory cap type thing which could be effecting the perl runtime - pretty much grasping at straws now. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
