I have a device conflict of some sort, after installing build 117 (and 118). Unfortunately I don't know enough, to find out, what the problem is exactly.
First symptom is that GUI login hangs (30-40 sec), before I can log in (totally, that is: mouse and keyboard are unresponsive). After logging in, the system seems ok (can run terminal, and some gui programs), but freezes, usually when starting some program (like dictionary). After this, the system is totally unresponsive, and the only way out is to power off. I suspect this behavior have something to do with my on-board audio card, because when I disable it in the bios, the problem disappears. I can see that IRQ for the card is shared with onboard network card (vel), but that was also the case before (111 and before). Directions, advice or anything is appreciated :-) - I really don't know what I should be looking at.
