ok i was able to create a zfs pool following this guide. http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/zfs/intro/;jsessionid=7693E46464E666FDEC61EEB57B0823F0
and when i do a sharemgr show -vp i get my zfs/tank/cifs1 smb=() i also have a default nfs=() in there from an earlier attempt. i've removed the folder, but how do i remove it as a share since it's not there anymore? i've done the rest of the steps from the guide in my first post and the link isn't there. i can't access the folder from a windows machine. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
