I've installed openSolaris (snv_111b i86pc), when running dhcpmgr, I get to the
third step of the configuration wizard (Select hosts nameservice) and choose

  /etc/hosts

The wizard responds with the "Input Error"

Unable to manage defined hosts table

I've logged in directly as root. I've changed the permissions /etc/inet/hosts
from 444 to 544 to 555, (rw-rw-rw-), to 777 (rwxrwxrwx). I've removed the
type=normal for root in the /etc/user_attr. I've tried executing the dhcpmgr
on another system (snv_70b), and it gets past this dialog to step 4 without the
same issue.

I've searched google and sunsolve and have not been able to find any clues.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to setup a DNS / DHCP server
for my in-house network and can not get past this.

Thanks in advanced, Cliff
