[osol-help] USB modem,WLL phone

I am using BSNL WLL phone,HTL type modem, probably manufactured by VIA tech.i 
cant access internet via that modem. when i plugin the modem, its been 
detected. but i dont know how to configure it and access net. i already tried 
it in Ubuntu. but modem is not detected. to my favoure atleast modem is 
detected in Open  Solaris.Can anybody help me?
