I suspect one of the drives in the RAIDZ pool is set in your BIOS as the first boot device and this is the BIOSes way of telling you that it cannot find an active partition on the disk. If your BIOS has the option to change the boot order of the hard disks then you can use that to change it, otherwise you will need to figure out which port is the first one and connect your boot drive to that.
