I've had 3 attempts now to live upgrade from 116 to 119 and all have been
unsuccessful. In each case the grub menu is not updated, and my zfs root
filesystems get in a complete tizz with snapshots, renames and clones all over
the shop. If I manually update the grub menu and attempt to boot off my new
environment it fails saying it is missing kernel files. Live upgrade gets so
broken that lumount/luumount fails with mount points in use. I've given up now.
Every upgrade I have done to date has gone smoothly but it appears to be
completely broken now. Maybe 120 will be working.
