I've just installed SNV 2008.11 on a server and during text boot, I get the following errors:
svc.startd[7]: svc:/network/datalink-management:default: Method "/lib/svc/method/svc-dlmgmtd" failed with exit status 95. svc.startd[7]: network/datalink-management:default failed fatally: transitioned to maintenance (see 'svcs -xv' for details) The log file for network-datalink-management:default just contains the same information. This is not my first 2008.11 install and I'd like to shy away from using 2009.06 since this system will be replicating zfs file systems to another system and I worry about zfs version compatibilities.
