[osol-help] Laptop + 3G USB modem

Has anyone had success with this? I would love to take my laptop on the road 
and a fully working 3G USD dongle modem would be so useful, but I do not have 
the skill, time, money or patience to experiment. A working solution would be 
gratefully accepted :)
