Hi, OK, I found my problem... a mistake in Openldap compilation.
Now, I can found users in my ldap directory from system (with "id" or "getent passwd" commands) but when I want to connect with an user who is stored in ldap base, every time user password is refused. I think there is a mistake in method encryption password but I don't know where is this information stored on the system.
