I have been trying out opensolaris for a while now, and i am starting to like
it.
However i'm still pretty much a newby.

Lately I started using the "Desktop sharing" program that was installed by
default. I downloaded Real-VNC on my windows laptop and it was all working just
fine. I found out that the VNC client was able to encrypt the data so i tried
it out.
It said something like: the server doesn?t support data encryption.
So I went to Preferences-->Desktop Sharing, and i think all i did was enable
some kind of encryption checkbox, maybe I changed some other settings as well
but I can?t recall.

Anyway, after that my screen didn?t show my usual wallpaper but instead the
background was green. It always does that when i?m remotely connected, but now
it doesn?t ever change back. Even if i reboot it?s still green. I also can?t go
to Preferences-->Desktop Sharing anymore because my pc will freeze.
Does anyone know what may be the problem and what i can do about it?
Thanks in advance.
