I installed opensolaris on my laptop for use in a Unix security class, and the school employs Cisco Clean Access agent to keep all the windows users from contaminating the network with viruses etc.
Well my problem is that clean access wants to run a Java Applet, but it doesn't run correctly because the software cannot detect my MAC address. Is there any way to change how the software can view the mac address of my machine? Cisco says that there is no support for anything other then Fedora, but there must be something i can do? -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
