[osol-help] GRUB does not load a system after update#121

I downloaded sxce121 and opensolaris livecd121 and tried to fix GRUB from both 
these disks. It did not help. Thinking that new GRUB does not understand old 
ZFS version, I even upgraded my rpool to 18th version. With no success. It is 
very strange for me, so I am thinking about hardware restrictions. 
The system is installed on 320Gb disk, so maybe my hardware not so fresh to 
read ZFS pool at the boot time? But it wirked before, so I'm completely 
confused.
