Hi Russ, I've had the same problem today. I was looking for that source for a long time and I've googled it finally file here: http://src.opensolaris.org/source/xref/onnv/onnv-gate/usr/src/cmd/cmd-inet/usr.sbin/wificonfig/wificonfig.c I hope it will be helpful for you or another OpenSolaris users.
