I would greatly appreciate any recommendation on using a printer (a color laser would be preferable ..but at this stage *any* printer will be good for me) which i can connect on *network* to my Sun box running OpenSolaris (2008.05 edition).
I recently purchased a Samsung color laser printer from Fry's & it did not work ..spent days configuring it to the existing drivers which came along with the OS ..but it never worked. Hence i am looking for a printer which will work right out of the box...plug 'n' work. I am not on subscribed to the mailing list yet ...& hence would appreciate if you can CC me as well.
