[osol-help] no internet acces after installing open solaris

Check if you have duplex negotiation issues.

I can't remember what the NIC duplex / negotiation command is for Solaris off 
of the top of my head right now but I know the commands are "ethtool" and 
"mii-tool" in Linux.
