Try turning off o the bios acpi option and the drives should load and look like 
c0d0s0 instead of c0t0d0s0 and be seen.

or e to edit the kernel line of the GRUB menu:

kernel .. -B acpi-user-options=2

Then if you can post a few commands i.e:
prtconf -v
uname -a
iostat -En
prtconf -Dpv
dmesg
/usr/X11/bin/scanpci -v
cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log
--
