Hello all again, Hey no worries ... it's a OpenSolaris problem .. it can't handle a AMD Dual Core or at least report it as 2 CPU's ... Check this out ... I shutdown OpenSolaris unplugged the 2 SATA disks ... Installed Windows XP SP2 on a IDE disk checked system info and it reports and uses a AMD dual core just fine like my XP Dual Core Opteron 170 ... so I guess OpenSolaris has a issue with more then one CPU.... I mean really I wanted to demo OpenSolaris and Windows XP as a virtual system ... it sure beats having 2 PC 1 lunix and one windows... I remember beta testing the SunPCI card at least that was hardware ... and it worked.. at the time it was the best of 2 worlds ....
