Did you verify the MD5 Checksums of the ISO file before burning it ?
checksum of the finiished ISO file 3688c826f697be56337b274edebfb674 sol-nv-b78-x86-dvd.iso Checksum of the three zipfiles 859d7c75f44f8171ba52ec6407f57d2c sol-nv-b78-x86-dvd-iso-c.zip 37d76456ae02309873692141d62f3244 sol-nv-b78-x86-dvd-iso-b.zip ee8e6050c9ce4cc66092e87d383dfba1 sol-nv-b78-x86-dvd-iso-a.zip Why it should fail consitently at 87% on several different systems seems unlikely unless its a media problem. I assume you are useing ATA/ATAPI DVD players ? I installed B78 on a Shuttle SN25P barebone with AMD Athlon64 X2 4800+ with 2 GB Ram , nvidia 6500 graphics and a WD 10.000 rpm SATA system disc yesterday with no problems . //Lars This message posted from opensolaris.org
