Using existing media and 'pkgadd' as you are your out of luck.  Currently all 
dependency resolution is manual.  This is one of many reasons the current 
Solaris package system sucks and needs to be replaced with the "Image Package 
System" (IPS) which is part of Indiana.

In the meantime the way to go about this is to look at the .packagetoc in the 
Product/ directory and search for the package name, you'll see a line listing 
the dependency packages, then just pkgadd with all those packages.  The trick 
is, those package may, themselves, have yet more dependencies.

It sucks, I know.

If your installing StarOffice I'd recommend just downloading OpenOffice.  
Frankly, I'd avoid most of the extra software on the Solaris media, use 
Blastwave or get packages elsewhere.
