Hi,
No one of subcommand seems working correctly on ( indiana opensolaris CDOnlive)

for example
pkginfo doesn't return correct values:

-bash-3.2# pkginfo -l
-bash-3.2# pkginfo
-bash-3.2# pkginfo gedit
ERROR: information for "gedit" was not found
-bash-3.2#

pkgadd doesn't make anything:

-bash-3.2# pkgadd -d pkg_get.pkg

The following packages are available:
1 CSWpkgget pkg_get - CSW version of automated package download tool
                   (all) 3.8.4

Select package(s) you wish to process (or 'all' to process
all packages). (default: all) [?,??,q]:

Processing package instance <CSWpkgget> from
</export/home/bela/Desktop/pkg_get.pkg>

pkg_get - CSW version of automated package download tool(all) 3.8.4

Dont forget to update /opt/csw/etc/pkg-get.conf with your nearest archive site.
(or /etc/opt/csw/pkg-get.conf)

The default site ibiblio.org may or may not be slow for you!

Using </opt/csw> as the package base directory.

## Processing system information.
WARNING: setting mode of </opt/csw/bin> to default mode (755)
-bash-3.2#
Nothing is installed

-bash-3.2# ls /opt/csw
-bash-3.2#

any binary package contains the executable program, it is enough to copy it to
/usr/bin or /usr/sbin. ( no manual and doc, just binary) .

so I want to do this for pkg-get, unfortuantly, it is pkg_get.pkg, I don't
know how to open it, to extract manually the executable program ?? I haven't
found the tar.gz file.

thanks for help
bela
