The root password for Indiana is "opensolaris", for belenix it is "belenix".
x86 Solaris won't read/write UFS filesystems from SPARC machines and vice-versa. However, other OSes *may* be able to do this - e.g. Linux or one of the BSDs. This message posted from opensolaris.org
