Since I installed OpenSolaris, my nForce Ethernet device stopped working
properly:
It was connected to the network but was unable to communicate. It was unable to
get an IP address by DHCP. Even if I set manually an IP address, it was unable
to communicate with any other PC in the network.
I restarted the computer (power off and on), and then it reworked again. But
today this trick did no more worked. I don't know if OpenSolaris has something
to do with it, but my network device was no more working in all OS (Linux,
Windows and OpenSolaris).
I replaced today the mainboard built-in nForce Ethernet device by a Intel Pro
1000 PCI card.
Now I have no more network problems.

Maybe its a hardware failure, but maybe it has something to do with
OpenSolaris? If someone has the same problems, please post it here.
