Hello everybody, I am a VISTA user. However I am very acvively looking for better alternative OS to use on my desktop. I tried almost every linux distribition. I found a lot of them usable unless it comes to printing.
All I use my PC for is browsing the net and printing photos from my digital camera (canon). I bougt PIXMA iP4700 printer and strogly hope to find a good driver for it to be able to use it on other operating system than VISTA. I beleive that printing is one of the key features for desktop OS to be used by home users. Would you advise whether OpenSolaris has good drivers for printers please.
