I enabled all things to do with ACPI in my BIOS _including_ one talking about something akin to 'Secondary System Description Table'. > Is there any ACPI version option on your machine? Could it be that the BIOS itself doesn't have this table (despite the option appearing) and that I should double check Asus' web-site to see if there are any BIOS upgrades? DSL
