I get this rge working. I did the following:
After i tried a distribution called Milax 0.3.3 (thanks very much to Milax!) with NOACPI-option the network works. So, i grabbed the NOACPI-option from the Milax-grub-menu and used it for 0906-106 and 2008.11 ... it works. My menu-entry for a working rge in menu-lst now looks like title OpenSolaris 2009.06 snv_109 X86 text boot NOACPI findroot (pool_rpool,0,a) bootfs rpool/ROOT/opensolaris kernel$ /platform/i86pc/kernel/$ISADIR/unix -B $ZFS-BOOTFS -B acpi-user-options=2 module$ /platform/i86pc/$ISADIR/boot_archive I added "-B acpi-user-options=2" to the kernel$-line.
