Hi all. I'm completely new to OpenSolaris... my notebook had Ubuntu 8.10 64 bit and before installing OpenSolaris 2009.06 I backed up all my relevant files on that disk (500GB USB EXT3 drive)...including various VMWare virtual machines I'm planning to import to VirtualBox running on OpenSolaris... The disk was originally formatted from within Ubuntu...
The point is the external disk is not recognized and can not be mounted... I see a USB drive but when I try to read it, I get a "UNABLE TO MOUNT LOCATION...Can't mount file. Any help much appreciated. Michael -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
