I'm quite impressed with the 2009.06 release, so much so that I want to build a machine for it from scratch. Of course, I'll be using components that are reported to work on the HCL. However, I'd like to hear some opinions of what works best....AMD vs. Intel, optimum amount of memory, hard drive size, video cards, wireless cards, etc. Basically, I want to build something that works from the start with the least amount of hardware issues, will run Solaris easily, and will come in at at about $500.00
