I have just looked at all the versions of 'entire' on pkg.opensolaris.org. -0.111 was released twice. -0.101 was released nine times. The two (sorted) manifests for the two -0.111s are identical. I wonder if anyone knows the difference between the two -0.111s at this point. I have been a professional software developer for a long time. May I make two suggestions? 1. Never release multiple versions with the same version #. 2. Always ensure that the changes in a release are documented somewhere. (I'm new to OpenSolaris; perhaps they are documented and I just don't know where.) Following these suggestions will eliminate a lot of confusion and, when something breaks in a new release, make it clear what was changed in the new release.
