The ELOM SP is definitely not in my top 10 list and I have my doubts on whether the update will fix your issue but you need to stay current. I am so glad they have standardized on ILOM SPs now for all new servers. It is a shame that the X22x0 series was not on the upgrade ELOM to ILOM conversion list (SunSolve) so it is the only server we now have that uses ELOM.
