You'll have to ask the SunSolve people about what they've done
for contract customers, but bugs.opensolaris.org has never
offered the ability for people to add themselves for e-mail
notifications of bug updates.
Currently, someone inside the Sun firewall has to go into bugster
to add external OpenSolaris developers to bug interest lists - but
that's only for participants in open source communities, not customers,
who were supposed to be able to manage that themselves via Sunsolve,
without needing someone at Sun to manually do every add & remove.
