[osol-help] [opengrok] have opengrok always index full file

Do you know how I should go about getting this lastest update. I do not see 
this fix in the latest src code available on the link on the main page. I've 
made some changes to IndexDatabase.java myself so I was hoping to just get 
whatever the  code changes are for this fix so I can include them manually.
