[osol-help] Chicken and egg problem

I went to install SunStudio11 on an available Ultra 30 (have a need to develop 
on SPARC architecture) only to find that the SunStudio 11 for SPARC apparently 
is only available for OpenSolaris. I go looking for OpenSolaris for SPARC. No 
find, except perhaps as source. So I have to build OpenSolaris for SPARC, only 
I have no tools to build OpenSolaris for SPARC. So is there not a distro for 
SPARC, specifically an Ultra 30?
