No you cant install Opensolaris 2008.05 on SPARC. You can install Solaris eXpress Community Edition which has a SPARC version and is supposed to work with UltraSparc-II chips and newer. Right now SXCE is at Build 90. whilst opensolaris has not been updated from Build86 as yet.
