Trying to update from svn_86 to 90.
Goal: To get multiple LUN iSCSI partition to be recognized in an VMWare ESX
Enterprise environment.

Problem: Was/Am previously using SVN_86 and ran the pkg image-update since I
heard SVN_90 was out.
I set the LD_LIBRARY_PATH and the PKG_EXEC_TIMEOUT to their respected values
and was able to finish the installation on one of my poweredge 850 servers.

The pkg software reported that the new images is on opensolaris-1 and a reboot
was necessary to start using the new version.

Unfortunately, when I boot opensolaris-1 option the machine immediately
reboots, thus I am unable to catch any error messages on console if any.

Current hardware: Dell Poweredge 850 64bit 4GB ram SATA RAID with two SATA
drives. 850s are in the HCL of Opensolaris.

I am reinstalling OS 2008.05 and will try the image update again. I am
reformating because I was unable to destroy the snapshots or the
"opensolaris-x" legacy mounts successfully.

However, two machines with exact identical hardware failed the upgrade at
different locations. One didn't even finish the installlation and errored
complaining that it couldn't mount the /tmp/tmpJCLxi multiple times.

--I will submit error messages if I can see any, otherwise anyone encounter
this similar issue. I know this is a little vague. I am working on gathering
more information to assist in the troubleshooting process.
