Hmm..., I don't understand these symbols. But let me guess.
You can't find thread.h under /usr/include?

1) pfexec pkg refresh
2) pfexec pkg search -r thread.h

You'll know which package is missing on your box.
Then

3) pfexec pkg install SUNWhea<package name 2) told you)
