I had a little bit more succes with ndis-0.1 However when trying to attach the driver I received this back:
# add_drv -i '"pci1969,1048"' attansic_ndis devfsadm: driver failed to attach: attansic_ndis Warning: Driver (attansic_ndis) successfully added to system but failed to attach To build the driver I used the files from Vista. This message posted from opensolaris.org
