That won't work.
For Solaris 10 512 MB is the minimum.
For Opensolaris it's even higher: 768 MB
You could try Milax: http://www.milax.org/
This is the 'smallest' Solaris version for
older and slower computers. I think the minimum required memory there is 
128 MB. However I advise you add some memory to your computer.
