However i tried a few more things and finally got the darn thing to atleast

I had run the command once before but lost the output, quite a few of the
packages actually built correctly, there are just these last few that are not
building right. Looking at the log it seems that most of them contain this like
"aclocal: command not found".
For some reason i can't attach the log files to this message, i wll try and
post them on filehosting site and post the link.
