Only versions 0.5.11-0.79 (aka build 79) and earlier of FSWxorg-headers included those files - current versions of that package are empty because they did clash with SUNWxorg-headers.
There are no public libXaw libraries or headers shipped on the system right now - that's a known bug we need to fix, but have to work out some binary compatibility issues between current Solaris libXaw & X.Org libXaw first.
