[osol-help] Problem after installation

Hi there i got this situation after an istallation i got the prompt command 
where i put 
login and password doing that i got The graphic desktop where i have to insert 
user and password,heres accours the problem the user and the password do not 
match,why?why the user do not match with the initial prompt?
