hi,
as someone who has just installed the above and on reading the install
instructions it seemed to imply that you could have only one disk to install
the os on and any additional disk could only be used in a mirror configuration.
this doesnt seem right to me?? Surely in OpenSolaris you could make file
systems on additional disks and mount them on mount points under /?
I would appreciate if someone could tell if i have misread or not and explain
how it really is?
I have a 40Gb drive that i would like to use for the OS and buy a larger drive
for data; is this possible?
