[osol-help] concatenation to build ISO fails

When I run the command:
cat sol-nv-b75a-x86-dvd-iso-a sol-nv-b75a-x86-dvd-iso-b 
sol-nv-b75a-x86-dvd-iso-c > sol.iso
to combine the 3 pieces to make the DVD ISO, it appears to succeed (takes a 
long time) but I only end up with a file between 15 and 30MBs...
