Never mind, I reinstalled an upgrade again (b66 to b66), now it works.  
The only thing I did different was I did a "text" install.  But, I'm 
still getting the error message "Jun 17 19:39:55 Solaris-1 
svc.startd[7]: [ID 575841 daemon.notice] failed to abandon contract 44: 
Permission denied".

I would like to know whats not working.
